SCROLL DOWN
At the heart of the tunnel sits the all-aluminium Vipp V3 kitchen, with a stainless steel counter and fluted aluminium doors, set beneath a skylight that paints the concrete in colour.

A sunken lounge faces the channel through wall to wall glass. Swivel chairs upholstered in Australian sheepskin and a Vipp Sculpture lamp on a square coffee table set the pace for slow afternoons.

Coloured glass in the skylights turns daylight into shifting planes of yellow, pink and orange, so the concrete never looks quite the same from one hour to the next.

The bedroom opens onto the water. In the bathroom, a white Vipp module meets black tiles, Le Labo amenities and both indoor and outdoor showers.

Morning
Soft light filters through the curtains and the channel lies still beyond the glass.
Midday
With the sun high, the living room opens fully to the water.
Golden hour
Low sun reaches deep inside and lays a band of gold across the concrete floor.
Evening
Dusk settles over the channel and the gums turn to silhouette.
